Total project involved removing bath tub and replace with walk-in shower; rebuild loft closet to include bookcase and stack washer/dryer; remove old kitchen cabinets and counters and update with new cabinets, counters, and appliances; bring mechanical room up to code; and strip and seal brick floors. |

Demo common bearing wall between kitchen and living room with the complication of different ceiling heights while the bearing wall was built on an old, river stone yard wall. Client painted wall and installed a cabinet to fit on the flat concrete floor transition. |
